VISA Iceland Implements New Verified by VISA Service with Help of Modirum MDpay 14.2.2007 Visa Iceland, a VISA International group member and the leading payment brand in Iceland, has announced that they will implement Verified by VISA with help of Modirum MDpay ACS software.
